Day Mode / Night Mode

Day Mode and Night Mode are features available on display-model MOTOTRBO radios. When the user switches to Night Mode (either from the menu or from a programmable button), the LCD colours are reversed allowing the on-screen information to be read in low light conditions. It also helps reduce the amount of light the display produces which may be useful in game tracking or combat or applications (where the light might invertedly alert the adversary or animal to the users presence and location).
