Respond Caller

Respond to Caller is a CPS/RM field that will alter the way in which a radio will act when the user receives a PATCS private call. If ticked, the user will be able to respond to the private call by simply pressing the PTT. This has to be done within the private call hangtime.

If unticked, when receiving an individual call, pressing the PTT button will make the radio go back to home screen and start a voice call per the selected personality or selected contact.
