Menu

The Menu set in a MOTOTRBO radio codeplug or configuration, contains all the parameters relating to the menu on a display-model radio. It allows menu functions to be enabled (ticked) or disabled (unticked). In addition to enabling and disabling menu functions, one can also:

• Set the hang time of the menu (Menu Hang Time). This is a timer that starts counting from the last user input. If the user fails to do anything in the menu, the radio automatically exits and returns to the default display.
• Provide an alternate name for the Job Tickets menu (Job Ticket Main Name and Job Ticket Short Name) item (e.g. Work Order; Arbeitsauftrag etc.).
