Data Revert Channel

This feature allows radio-to-server data to be offloaded onto a separate and dedicated Data Revert Channel. This would be used if a customer was using location tracking or telemetry.
Implementing this will have the following results:
- A higher number of location updates can be processed.
- The voice/trunked channels are freed up to handle more non-data (voice) calls.
- The number of data retries is reduced which has a positive effect on battery discharge time.
- There is less latency when it comes to telemetry or SCADA messages.
- Server-to-radio data (which is normally not that much) still goes through the voice channel as before.
Data Revert has the following provisos:
- A dedicated data revert channel must be available, preferably at all sites, to handle data.
- The data revert channel cannot be used for voice.
- If NAI Data is not used, a control station will be needed per linked slot on the revert channel. Plus, a control station will be needed on the voice/trunked channels to process server-outbound messages (e.g. location requests).
